Ward, Lock & Co., Limited

British publisher based in London. Formerly known as Ward, Lock & Co., it later changed it's name to Ward Lock Ltd.. NB. some confusion over over name change. Companies House has Ward Lock & Co. Ltd. being incorporated in 7 November 1924, not c1897. The 1969 AGM then agreed to change the name to Ward Lock Limited, however 'confirmation' document is dated 1976.
