Caroline Taggart

Caroline Taggart (born London, England) is an English author and editor. She spent most of her childhood in New Zealand and went to university in Sheffield, England. She became a freelance editor in 1989, focusing on adult non-fiction; after 20 years in that role she began writing "use-friendly, wittily written, factual books".
