La Cucina Italiana

La Cucina Italiana is an Italian monthly magazine of gastronomy and food culture. Published in Milan on December 15, 1929 on the initiative of the journalist and writer Umberto Notari, at the suggestion of his wife Delia Pavoni, who directed her to her death (1935), the magazine was first created with the aim of enhancing and disseminating traditional art recipes Italian culinary, as clearly stated by the title.
