Toma di Gressoney P.A.T.

The Toma di Gressoney (in French Tomme de Gressoney, in the Walser Kesch language) is a mountain cheese (also above 2200 meters), therefore produced only in the summer months. It is recognized as a P.A.T. of the Aosta Valley.
