Fat cheese, semi-hard, short or medium seasoning. Produced in the valleys and mountains of Cuneo, with cow's, sheep's and goat's milk. As well as the Bra D.O.P. Hard, it can be done in the mountain pastures. Its medium intensity aroma makes it a cheese suitable for everyone, highly appreciated and widely used in the neighboring region, Liguria.
