Ossolano D.O.P.

Semi-fat or short or medium seasoning fat or semi-hard cheese. In ancient times it could be called the Nostrano of the Ossolane valleys, but already in 1000 it was called Ossolano. It was also intended for commercial exchanges, thanks to its seasoning characteristics. Today it is the typical cheese of the area, consumed mainly in local cuisine.
