Formaggella del Luinese D.O.P.
Fat cheese, short maturing, soft paste (semi-hard in the specification). Produced in the Lombard Alpine area, in the mountain areas of Varese, with only goat's milk. It matures for at least 20 days at controlled temperature or in natural cellars. Excellent cheese, it is appreciated for its characteristics of medium aromatic intensity even by those who are not fond of goats.
