Vezzena P.A.T.

Medium or long matured semi-fat cheese, hard paste. It is the typical Trentino mountain cheese. It originated many centuries ago and became important before the Great War, when it was used as a grater, since the big Grana were not yet in vogue. Today it is renowned for its organoleptic characteristics and is sought after by the most demanding consumers.
