Pecorino di Norcia P.A.T.
The shepherd's pecorino di Norcia, or traditionally pecorino di Norcia, is a cheese made from sheep's milk and a typical Umbrian product. It is a typical Umbrian production, as such it has been officially recognized and included in the list of traditional Italian agri-food products (P.A.T) of the Ministry of Agricultural Food and Forestry Policies (Mipaaf).
