Caciocavallo di Agnone P.A.T.
Agnone's caciocavallo is a cheese made with cow's milk. As a typical Molise production it has been officially recognized and included in the list of traditional Italian agri-food products (P.A.T) of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. Agnone's caciocavallo is inserted in the ark of Taste of Slow Food.
