| Notes | The backside blurb states "First time translated to German" which is incorrect. This translation was previously published by Wolfgang Krüger Verlag in 1976 (as credited in the copyright / publishing notes) and there was even an earlier translation by Wulf H. Bergner, published in 1968 by Moewig Verlag. Although the inside blurb states, that Delos W. Lovelace wrote the novel, based on the story by Edgar Wallace & Merian C. Cooper, the cover pretends the three of them were co-writers with Wallace as main contributor. |
