NotesThe second of a four-volume set that collects the complete Cossack stories of Harold Lamb. This volume collects The Lion Cub, featuring Khlit the Cossack, five stories featuring Muslim warrior Abdul Dost (pp. 78-299), and four stories featuring Khlit and Abdul Dost (pp. 300-620). All stories were originally published in the pulp magazine Adventure between 1919 and 1920. The Appendix includes commentary on the stories by the author, originally published in "The Camp-Fire," the Adventure letters column.
