Kihachi Okamoto
Kihachi Okamoto (岡本 喜八) was a Japanese film director. Directed samurai films critical of the Bushidō code, including Samurai Assassin (1965), starring Toshiro Mifune, The Sword of Doom (1966), and Kill! (1968). Directed Toshiro Mifune and Shintaro Katsu in the crossover film Zatoichi Meets Yojimbo.
