C. S. Forester
Cecil Louis Troughton Smith, known by his pen name Cecil Scott "C. S." Forester, was an English novelist known for writing tales of naval warfare such as the Horatio Hornblower series, depicting a Royal Navy officer during the Napoleonic wars.
