Кир Булычёв

Kir Bulychov was the pen name of Igor Vsevolodovich Mozheiko (Игорь Всеволодович Можейко) a Soviet Russian science fiction writer and historian. His magnum opus is a children's science fiction series Alisa Selezneva (Russian: Алиса Селезнёва), although most of his books are adult-oriented. Under his real name and other pen name he often translated science fiction works of American and English writers and participated in editorial boards. Some publishers wrongly expand his pen name to Kirill.
