Founded in 1999 after the merger of Constable and Co. Ltd. and Robinson Publishing. In 2014, Constable & Robinson was purchased by Little, Brown Book Group and Constable and Robinson are now two separate imprints of that company. NB. despite the take over this company name is still active on the Companies House website as of 2020.
