Armando Gambera
Doctor of Chemistry, retired professor of Chemistry and Merceology in the Technical and Industrial Institutes. In the ONAF he is Master Taster, coordinator of the Technical-scientific Commission, adviser, member of the Executive Committee. He teaches sensory technique and knowledge of food products in courses scheduled periodically by the following associations: ONAF (first and second level courses); Slow Food (Master of Food; taste workshops); Coldiretti of Cuneo.
