Allan Bay, a graduate in Political Economy from Bocconi with a thesis in economic history, is a journalist in the food and wine sector; writes on the "Corriere della Sera", "Vivi Milano", "Diary of the week", "Viaggi e Sapori". Professor in charge of cooking at the University of Pavia, he has published several gastronomic books. Cooking has always been his favorite hobby .
